Samwon is a casual brand derived from the Korean restaurant SamwonGarden, designed to enhance accessibility and appeal to a broader audience through a simpler menu and more affordable pricing. This project serves as a design manual for the brand’s potential entry into international department stores. The overall space is shaped by a restrained and Korean-inspired design language. A bar area was included to reflect the usage patterns of overseas customers. Additionally, a private dining area was created using movable partitions, allowing for flexible configurations that can accommodate various group sizes.
