이너피스 베이커리는 7평 미만의 작은 매장에서 반죽과 숙성, 베이킹까지 이뤄지는 페이스트리 위주의 빵집이다. 최소한의 주방을 제외하고 확보 가능한 약 2.2평의 공간에서 DP, 패키징, 접객까지 이루어져야 했다. 그럼에도 최대한 다양한 메뉴를 제공하고 미니멀한 디자인을 원했던 클라이언트를 위해 사선으로 배치된 카운터를 적용하여 단순하지만 개성있는 매장으로 디자인하였다.
Inner peace Bakery is a pastry-focused shop where every step—from dough preparation and fermentation to baking—is carried out within a compact footprint of less than 23 square meters. With only 7.3 square meters of usable space, the bakery had to accommodate product display, packaging, and customer service all in one. Despite these constraints, the goal was to offer a diverse menu and reflect the client’s vision of a minimal yet distinctive design. To achieve this, a diagonally placed counter was introduced, resulting in a simple layout with a strong sense of character.
