해머스는 수제 햄 전문점으로, 잠봉, 레베케제 등 정통 유럽 스타일의 햄을 직접 제작·판매하는 공간이다. 가게의 컨셉은 클라이언트의 오스트리아 유학 시절 먹었던 레베케제 샌드위치에 대한 경험으로부터 시작되었다. 오스트리아 국기에서 영감을 받은 레드 & 화이트 컬러를 매장 디자인 전반에 녹여내어 캐주얼한 분위기를 연출하였다. 정성스럽게 만들어진 햄과 함께, 일상 속에서 가볍게 유럽의 식문화를 즐길 수 있는 공간을 지향한다.
Hamers is a specialty deli focused on artisanal European-style hams, including Jambon and Leberkäse, all made in-house. The concpet of Hammers is inspired by the client’s memories of enjoying Leberkäse sandwiches during their time studying in Austria. The store’s casual atmosphere is brought to life through a red-and-white color scheme drawn from the Austrian flag. Hamers offers a space where thoughtfully crafted meats and a taste of European food culture can be enjoyed as part of everyday life.
